FAQs
Is CBD legal?

If a CBD product is hemp-derived and contains less than 0.3% THC, then it is considered legal on a federal level. All products sold on Serenity Store meet these criteria.

However, some states have implemented restrictions on the sale of all or certain CBD products. Click here to see the full list of state-based restrictions on CBD.

Does CBD come from cannabis or hemp?

There are two different varieties of the Cannabis sativa plant. The first contains a high level of THC and is classified as marijuana. The other type of Cannabis sativa is classified as hemp because it contains less than 0.3% of THC. All CBD products sold on Serenity Store are derived from the hemp variety of Cannabis sativa.

Does CBD get you high?

No, CBD will not get you high. Both THC and CBD are cannabinoids found in the hemp plant, but because CBD doesn't have the same psychoactive effects as THC, you don't have to worry about it making you high. All products sold on Serenity Store contain 0.3% or less of THC, which is the legal limit.

Broad Spectrum, Full Spectrum, Isolate - what's the difference?
  • Full-spectrum – This type of CBD contains the entire range of beneficial cannabinoids found in the hemp plant, including up to 0.3% THC (i.e., the legal limit).
  • Broad-spectrum – Products containing broad-spectrum CBD have a wide range of cannabinoids from hemp, but THC has been extracted to non-detectable levels.
  • Isolate – Products made with CBD isolate do not contain any other cannabinoids found in hemp.
What does the mg level in the product title mean?

The mg level (e.g., 250mg) that you see in all Serenity Store product titles indicates the entire milligram level of CBD per item.

For example, if you are purchasing a bottle of softgels, then you will see a mg level that denotes the total amount of CBD in the bottle. (However, we will usually indicate the mg level per softgel in the product description.)

Similarly, the mg level that you see for tinctures, vape juices, topicals, and so on signifies the entire amount of CBD in the product.

What mg level is right for me?

We recommend starting at the lower end of the mg scale (e.g., if the options are 100mg, 200mg, 300mg, then we would recommend the lowest strength). Then, depending on your individual needs, you may want to increase the strength as your tolerance builds.

How is milligram per milliliter level calculated?

CBD mg per ml can be worked out by dividing the total amount of CBD by the volume (e.g., 600mg / 30ml = 20mg per ml).

Where can I find Lab Reports for these products?

Our lab reports can be found on every product page under "Certificate of Analysis"

Does CBD vape juice contain nicotine?

No, none of the CBD vape juices sold on Serenity Store contain nicotine.

How do I take CBD Oil?

Click here for our guide on how to take CBD oil:

Can I mix CBD Vape Juice with traditional vape juice (eg nicotine juice)?
We recommend only using the CBD Oil that you have purchased with the pens, tanks and devices found on the Serenity Store website (as well as any other system meant for CBD oil).
We do not suggest combining this oil with any other nicotine or nicotine-free juice meant for traditional vaping as this could cause complications within the system.
Which device should I use with CBD vape juice?

A low-wattage device is generally recommended for most CBD vape juice. Start out with a setting of 5–10 watts. If you are not satisfied with the flavor, then increase the wattage. Try not to go above 30 watts, or the CBD may burn instead of vaporize.

Keep in mind that some brands recommended specific devices for their CBD vape juices. Please be sure to read the product description for more information.

How does vaping CBD differ from taking CBD tinctures?

When you take a tincture, the CBD must first pass through your digestive system before your body can absorb it. This process reduces the bioavailability (i.e., absorption rate) of CBD and increases the amount of time it will take for you to feel any effects.

In contrast, when you vape CBD, the CBD initially enters your lungs and then diffuses directly into your bloodstream. There are two main benefits to this. First, the amount of CBD you absorb will be much higher because it bypasses your digestive system. Secondly, you will likely feel the effects of CBD much sooner because it enters your bloodstream more quickly.

Does this product contain THC?

Even if the product claims to be broad-spectrum CBD, CBD isolate, or THC-free, depending on the manufacturer's guidelines, it may not be 100% THC-free.

All products on this site contain 0.3% THC or less. Each product has a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) that documents the specific cannabinoids of the CBD, and you can use the CoA to verify the product's cannabinoid profile.

If you are unsure of how to read a CoA, check out our how-to here.

Has this product been tested?

All products found on this website are third-party tested to ensure quality and safety.
