Primarily known for their dynamic range of CBD tinctures, the Lazarus Naturals product range also includes a sizable selection of CBD balms, CBD oils, and CBD capsules, all of which are made from organic, domestically-grown hemp. Offering both standard and high-potency products, Lazarus Naturals' selection of CBD products includes both isolate and full-spectrum cannabinoid profiles, affording consumers the flexibility to choose the product that best suits their needs.
From planting the seeds to packaging the final product, Lazarus Naturals' transparent, farm-to-doorstep business model allows them to consistently produce pure and affordable CBD products that are grown, harvested, and extracted in-house. Operating a total of three farms out of central Oregon, Lazarus Naturals uses their 120 acres of farmland to grow hemp that is always organic, non-GMO, and pesticide-free.
Once the crop is ready for harvest, Lazarus Naturals collects the hemp for drying before submitting it to a rigorous testing process that will ensure the product is as pure and potent as it needs to be in order to undergo extraction. At this stage, cannabinoids, flavonoids, and terpenes are extracted from the hemp while cryogenic ethanol is used to remove any impurities. Once the extraction process is complete, Lazarus Naturals formulates their products with supplementary ingredients like herbal extracts and essential oils to prepare them for sale.
Each batch of products is then submitted to a lab for third-party testing, where they will be examined for residual solvents, heavy metals, pesticides, microbial impurities, and potency. Finally, after testing has been completed, each of Lazarus Naturals' products is wrapped in biodegradable packaging that has been made with recycled materials.
Dedicated to improving the communities they serve, Lazarus Naturals has pledged to operate their business in a way that's socially and environmentally sustainable and committed to a plethora of other charitable initiatives that prize people and purpose over profit. Starting in 2020, Lazarus Naturals vowed to donate $100,000 annually to non-profit organizations that are working towards social justice and systemic change, including the ACLU, NAACP, and others.
In addition to their monetary contributions, Lazarus Naturals has pledged their commitment to several other, community-serving initiatives that center around environmental sustainability. By the end of 2021, for example, Lazarus Naturals plans to have their entire product range Certified USDA Organic. And perhaps more ambitiously, Lazarus Naturals aims to eliminate all non-biodegradable waste from their supply chain in order to achieve carbon-neutral status by 2030 and be completely free of carbon emissions altogether by 2040.
