We are happy to accept unopened products in the same conditions as when they were sold within 14 days of delivery. If you’d like to return products from your Serenity Store order, please contact our customer care team. Be sure to include your order number and the reason you are returning the item(s).
Refunded payments can only be administered to the original method of payment; you may not use one credit card to purchase an item and be refunded to another payment account.
Please include your order invoice with the return.
